Shipping Within Australia

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

Metro areas: 2–7 business days

Regional areas: 4–10 business days

Remote areas may require additional time.

Authority to Leave

If Authority to Leave is selected, Candle Therapy is not responsible for parcels once marked as delivered.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If additional assistance is required, we're happy to help where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional postage before being re-shipped.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of:

• the parcel
• the damaged products
• the shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
